When your office submits a claim or predetermination and diagnostic records are required, you can now use CDA Secure Send to securely submit your patient records electronically to Alberta Blue Cross (ABC).
Sending your records to ABC with CDA Secure Send will shorten the turnaround times for claims and reduce mail costs.
For dentists who subscribe to CDA Secure Send, click “New Recipient” and add ABCdentalimages@ab.bluecross.ca.
To subscribe to CDA Secure Send, login into your CDA Practice Support Services account, click on the subscription tab and subscribe today! This is also a good time to grant staff access to your office account, so they can send CDA Secure Send messages on your behalf. Learn more about providing access to your staff.
