Scheduled Maintenance, March 29th-April 8th
The CDA will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for software upgrades between March 29th and April 8th. Please read the information below to see how this may affect you.
Registrations
Candidates that register between March 29th and April 8th may experience a week-long delay in receiving their eligibility e-mail.
Change Requests
Candidates that request to make a name change, a test language change, or changes to their testing accommodations between March 29th and April 8th may experience a week-long delay in receiving confirmation that their request has been processed.
DAT Scores
DAT scores that would have been processed between March 29th and April 8th will be delayed one week.
Transcript orders
Transcript orders made between March 29th and April 8th will be processed as usual.
Booking or Canceling a test with Prometric
The booking or canceling of a test with prometric will be processed as usual.
