Keynote Speaker: Julie Kim Julie Kim is one of Canada’s top internationally touring stand-up comedians and an award-winning producer and writer. She has performed at all major Canadian comedy festivals, is a regular performer on CBC’s The Debaters, and has multiple television and radio credits to her name. Kim has written for the hit television shows Kim’s Convenience, Run the Burbs, and Still Standing. Kim speaks passionately and magnetically about her experiences as Canada’s first Asian female comedian, and one of the only internationally touring comedians in Canada who is a mother, and an expert host and facilitator. Julie draws on both her comedy and past corporate career to speak on authenticity, resilience, purpose, and the essential role of humour in navigating life’s challenges. Ann E.
