This indicates that amines do play a role in the colour stability of resin cements.” Dr. Carvalho believes that light-cured only resin cements are preferable for cementing veneers. According to him, dual-cured resin cements are not needed for this procedure. “If you really want to use a dual-cured resin cement, I would recommend an amine-free material because they show better colour stability than regular dual-cured resin cements,” he says. “But keep in mind that dual-cured adhesives are not required for cementing veneers. Finally, always ensure adequate light exposure across the entire surface of the veneer,” concludes Dr. Carvalho. a Reference 1. Ural, Ç., Duran, I.,Tatar, N., Öztürk, Ö., Kaya, İ., Kavut, I.
