We have an advisory panel of dentists of all ages, in all types of practices, from all parts of Canada who help us focus on what’s important to you. When we have a new product or service in the pipeline, we tap into them first. They’re our eyes and ears and they do a great job of it. It’s great to celebrate 60 years, but it’s even more fun to look forward. • We’re going to double down with our focus on service. We’re always striving to make it faster, easier to understand and more convenient to do business with us, in whatever way best suits each client. • We’re going to continue to focus on our already strong delivery of advice. It will be even more tailored, and more targeted to specific groups from students to associates to specialists to retirees. • We’re going to find even more ways to access dentists’ feedback in real time. We want to know what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can make improvements. I want dentists to think of us as their best ally. As we move forward together, I want to continue to build the trust of dentists, so they know they can count on us, and truly understand that we are always acting in their interests.
